NexlyERP, by Nexly Sol
Who looks after your data
Each school, college or company that uses NexlyERP has its own private workspace. That organisation
decides what is kept in it (for example students, staff, customers, invoices) and is responsible for it. Nexly Sol
runs the service for them: we store and process that data only to provide NexlyERP, and we never sell it
or use it for advertising.
What we keep
- Your login: name, email address or login ID, a one-way hash of your password, and your sign-in settings.
- What you and your organisation enter in the workspace.
- Technical records needed to keep the service safe: sign-in attempts, the network address they came from, and
server logs, kept for a limited time.
Signing in with Google or Facebook
If you choose "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Facebook", that service tells us your name and your
email address. We use them only to find your existing login in your organisation's workspace and sign you in, or
to fill in the sign-up form. We don't receive your password for those services, we don't post anything, and we
don't keep a copy of your Google or Facebook profile.
Where it is kept
On our servers with Hetzner in the European Union, with daily backups. Each workspace is kept apart from every other.
Deleting your data
- Your login and the records about you in a workspace: ask that organisation's administrator, who can remove
them; or write to us through the contact page and we will pass it to them.
- A whole workspace: its owner can close it; its data is deleted, and removed from backups as they expire.
- Google or Facebook sign-in: we keep nothing from them beyond your email address on your login. You can also
remove NexlyERP from the apps connected to your Google account or in Facebook's
"Apps and websites" settings.
